Drive for Excellence Program Rules

The Drive for Excellence drawing will be held on Saturday, April 26, 2025, at 11:00 am.

Each qualifying student (and winner) must be a current junior or senior at a St. Charles, Warren, Lincoln, or St. Louis County, Missouri, public or private high school, and each must have a valid Missouri driver's license/learner's permit to participate.

A = earn three entries

B = earn one entry

Perfect Attendance = earn three entries

*The student and guardian must bring the qualifying report card to any of the six Clement Auto Group locations listed below and fill out the entries at a Clement Auto Group location.

More Details

*Only the most recently received report card will be accepted. No photocopies of report cards will be accepted. No credit will be given for any handwritten adjustments. The fourth grading period report card will not be eligible for this contest. *Only report cards from the CURRENT school year will be accepted. Report cards before August 19, 2024, will not be eligible. *Some collegiate/private high school and dual-enrolled students may have a transcript in a sealed envelope with a raised seal or an official school stamp that is signed and sealed in an envelope by the school administration. This all needs to be presented. *First report card will be eligible from October 23, 2023 to January 13, 2024. *Second report card will be eligible from January 15, 2024 to March 16, 2024. *Third report card will be eligible from March 18, 2024 to April 10, 2024.

Eligible Report Cards – 2024-2025 School Year

*First report card will be eligible from October 21, 2024 to January 17, 2025. *Second report card will be eligible beginning January 20, 2025 – March 21, 2025. *Third report card will be eligible from March 24, 2025 to April 12, 2025. *No entries accepted after April 12, 2025, 5:00 pm CST. *Finalists will be announced the week of April 14, 2025. Each finalist will qualify for only one entry picked, and the student must be attending or have just graduated from school (in the 2024-2025 school year) at the time of the drawing. *The finalists shall receive information from a Clement representative on the next steps! *Finalists must come to Clement Ford dealership to complete the registration paperwork by the end of business day on April 23, 2025. *The finalists will participate in the drawing of the keys, which will be held on Saturday, April 26, 2025, at 11:00 am CST. The ceremony will take place at Clement Ford, 1075 W. Terra Lane, O'Fallon, Missouri.

Participation in the Contest constitutes the entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsors, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon being compliant with these Official Rules and fulfilling all other requirements set forth herein.

**PRIZE:

At the time of drawing, if the winner is not at least 18 years old, the car must be titled in the winning student's parent or legal guardian's name. The car that will be awarded to the eligible winner is not transferable, redeemable for cash, or exchangeable for any other prize. If a winner is disqualified for any reason, Clement Ford reserves the right to determine an alternate winner or not to award that winner's prize at its sole discretion.

**ELIGIBILITY:

Employees of Clement Auto Group and their immediate families are not eligible. The term "immediate family" includes spouses, siblings, parents, children, grandparents, and grandchildren, whether as "in-laws" or by current or past marriage(s), remarriage(s), adoption, cohabitation or other family extension, and any other persons residing at the same household whether or not related.

**PUBLICITY:

Use of Personal Information. By participating in this Contest, all participants and winner grant Clement Auto Group exclusive permission to use their names, characters, photographs, voices, videotape, and likenesses, without compensation, in films and tapes for exploitation in any and all media, whether now known or hereafter devised, for eternity, and you release Clement Auto Group, its successors, assigns, and licensees from any liability whatsoever of any nature. Only participate in this Contest if you wish to be subject to the foregoing.

**RELEASE:

By participating in the Contest, each participant and winner waives any and all claims of liability against Clement Auto Group, its employees and agents, the Contest's sponsors, and their respective employees and agents for any personal injury or loss which may occur from the conduct of, or participation in, the Contest, or from the use of any prize. In order to receive a prize, participants must sign an official waiver form provided by Clement Auto Group.

**TAXES and other EXPENSES:

Any valuation of the prize(s) is based on available information provided to Clement Ford, and the value of any prize awarded to a winner may be reported for tax purposes as required by law. The winner is solely responsible for reporting and paying any and all applicable taxes related to the prize(s). The winner must provide Clement Auto Group with valid identification and a valid taxpayer identification number or Social Security Number before any prize will be awarded. Any person winning over $600 in prizes from Clement Ford will receive an IRS form 1099 at the end of the calendar year, and a copy of such form will be filed with the IRS. The winner is also responsible for expenses related to the registration of the car.

**PROOF OF INSURANCE:

The winner is responsible for their own car insurance and must provide Clement Ford with proof of automobile liability insurance per Missouri state law before taking possession of the vehicle.

**CONDUCT and DECISIONS:

By participating in the Contest, participants agree to be bound by the decisions of Company personnel. Persons who violate any rule, gain unfair advantage in participating in the Contest, or obtain winner status using fraudulent means will be disqualified. Unsportsmanlike, disruptive, annoying, harassing, or threatening behavior is prohibited. Clement Auto Group will interpret these rules and resolve any disputes, conflicting claims, or ambiguities concerning the rules or the Contest and Clement Auto Group's decisions concerning such disputes shall be final. If the conduct or outcome of the Contest is affected by human error, any mechanical malfunctions or failures of any kind, intentional interference, or any event beyond the control of Clement Auto Group, Clement Auto Group reserves the right to terminate this Contest or make such other decisions regarding the outcome as Clement Auto Group deems appropriate. All decisions will be made by Clement Auto Group and are final. Clement Auto Group may waive any of these rules in its sole discretion. Any attempt by an entrant or any other individual to deliberately circumvent, disrupt, damage, or undermine the legitimate operation of this Contest is a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, Clement Auto Group reserves the right to seek civil and/or criminal prosecution and/or damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.
