DRIVE FOR EXCELLENCE(sm) PROGRAM RULES


Drive for Excellencesm drawing will be held on Saturday April 25, 2026 at 11:00 am

Qualifications (and Winner) must be a current junior or senior at a St. Charles, Warren, Lincoln, or St. Louis County Missouri, public or private high school, and must have a valid Missouri Driver’s License/Learner's Permit to participate. 

A = earn 3 entries

B = earn 1 entry

Perfect Attendance = earn 3 entries

*The student and guardian must bring the qualifying report card to any of the 5 Clement Auto Group locations listed below and fill out the entries at a Clement Auto Group location.

*Only the most recently received report card will be accepted. No photo copies of report cards will be accepted. No credit will be given for any handwritten adjustments. The 4th grading period report card will not be eligible for this contest.

*Only report cards from the CURRENT school year will be accepted. Report cards prior to the date of August 18th 2025 will not be eligible.  

*Some Collegiate/private high school and dual-enrolled students may have a transcript in a sealed envelope with a raised seal or an official school stamp that is signed and sealed in an envelope by the school administration.  This all needs to be presented.

  • First report card will be eligible beginning October 20, 2025 - January 17, 2026
  • Second report card will be eligible beginning January 19, 2026 – March 21, 2026
  • Third report card will be eligible beginning March 23, 2026 – April 11, 2026


Eligible Report Cards

*Open to students from public, private, and county collegiate schools in St. Charles, Warren, Lincoln, and St. Louis counties, as well as homeschooled students.


*DEADLINE: No entries accepted after April 11, 2026, 5:00 pm CST.


*Finalists will be announced the week of April 13, 2026. Each finalist will qualify for only one entry picked, and the student must be currently attending, or just graduated school (in the 2025 - 2026 school year) at the time of the drawing.

Requirements:

The Finalist's will participate in the drawing of the Keys, which will be held on Saturday, April 25th, 2026, the event will be starting at 10:00 am CST. The ceremony will take place at Clement Ford 1015 South Callahan Road, Wentzville, Missouri, 63385.

*Drive for Excellence finalists must be present to win.

Qualifications (and Winner) must be a current junior or senior at a Warren, Lincoln, St. Charles or St. Louis County Missouri, public or private high school, and must have a valid Missouri Driver’s License or permit to participate. 

Participation in the Contest constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsors, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon being compliant with these Official Rules and fulfilling all other requirements set forth herein.


**PRIZE:

At the time of drawing, if the winner is not at least 18 years old, the car must be titled in the winning student’s parent or legal guardian’s name. The car that will be awarded to the eligible winner is not transferable, redeemable for cash or exchangeable for any other prize.  If a winner is disqualified for any reason, Clement Auto Group reserves the right to determine an alternate winner or not to award that winner’s prize in its sole discretion.


**ELIGIBILITY:

Employees of Clement Auto Group and their immediate families are not eligible.  The term “immediate family” includes spouses, siblings, parents, children, grandparents, and grandchildren, whether as "in-laws," or by current or past marriage(s), remarriage(s), adoption, cohabitation or other family extension, and any other persons residing at the same household whether or not related.


 **PUBLICITY:

Use of Personal Information.  By participating in this contest, all participants and winner grant Clement Auto Group exclusive permission to use their names, characters, photographs, voices, videotape, and likenesses, without compensation, in films and tapes for exploitation in any and all media, whether now known or hereafter devised, for eternity, and you release Clement Auto Group, its successors, assigns a licensee from any liability whatsoever of any nature.  Do not participate in this contest if you do not wish to be subject to the foregoing.


 **RELEASE: 

By participating in the Contest, each participant and winner waives any and all claims of liability against Clement Auto Group, its employees and agents, the Contest's sponsors and their respective employees and agents, for any personal injury or loss which may occur from the conduct of, or participation in, the Contest, or from the use of any prize.  In order to receive a prize, participants must sign an official waiver form provided by Clement Auto Group.


**TAXES and other EXPENSES:

Any valuation of the prize(s) is based on available information provided to Clement Auto Group, and the value of any prize awarded to a winner may be reported for tax purposes as required by law.  The winner is solely responsible for reporting and paying any and all applicable taxes related to the prize(s).  The winner must provide Clement Auto Group with valid identification and a valid taxpayer identification number or social security number before any prize will be awarded.  Any person winning over $600 in prizes from Clement Auto Group will receive an IRS form 1099 at the end of the calendar year and a copy of such form will be filed with the IRS.  The winner is also responsible for expenses related to the registration of the car. 


**PROOF OF INSURANCE: 

The winner is responsible for their own car insurance and must provide Clement Auto Group with proof of automobile liability insurance per Missouri state law before taking possession of the vehicle.


**CONDUCT and DECISIONS:

By participating in the Contest, participants agree to be bound by the decisions of Company personnel.  Persons who violate any rule, gain unfair advantage in participating in the Contest, or obtain winner status using fraudulent means will be disqualified.  Unsportsmanlike, disruptive, annoying, harassing or threatening behavior is prohibited.  Clement Auto Group will interpret these rules and resolve any disputes, conflicting claims or ambiguities concerning the rules or the Contest and Clement Auto Group’s decisions concerning such disputes shall be final.  If the conduct or outcome of the Contest is affected by human error, any mechanical malfunctions or failures of any kind, intentional interference or any event beyond the control of Clement Auto Group, Clement Auto Group reserves the right to terminate this Contest, or make such other decisions regarding the outcome as Clement Auto Group deems appropriate.  All decisions will be made by Clement Auto Group and are final.  Clement Auto Group may waive any of these rules in its sole discretion.  Any attempt by an entrant or any other individual to deliberately circumvent, disrupt, damage or undermine the legitimate operation of this Contest is a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, Clement Auto Group reserves the right to seek civil and/or criminal prosecution and/or damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.
