If you're looking to cancel a previously purchased protection product — such as a service contract, GAP, tire & wheel, or maintenance plan — complete the form below and our team will start your cancellation case.
What happens next: after you submit, we'll email you a confirmation with your case number, a pre-filled cancellation form to print and sign, and the short list of documents we need (proof of mileage and lien information). Your request is processed once we receive your signed form and documents.
