This past Saturday, Jesse Kopp, a senior at Wentzville Holt High School, drove away with a brand new Ford Mustang in our 2nd Annual Drive for Excellence event.
This event offered local students in St. Charles, St. Louis, and Lincoln County who achieved A’s and B’s the chance to be drawn as a top qualifier for the opportunity to win a new Ford Mustang. Throughout the school year, students were given opportunities to bring their eligible report cards to any of the 6 Clement Auto Group locations to enter into the program. After the third report card, 20 students were drawn and given the opportunity to choose one of the possible lucky keys- in which one would open the door to a beautiful Ford Mustang.
The Clement Ford Drive for Excellence program was established by President/Owner of Clement Auto Group, Penuel Raj Clement, to encourage excellence in education within the community. "We're dedicated to supporting the community we serve. I'm very proud of these students, who worked hard and earned good grades. We are happy to support them,” said Raj Clement to the press on Saturday.
A huge thank you to those who attended including 2023's Drive for Excellence winner, Trent Stuerman (who is a Missouri Scholars 100 Honorable Mention Student), Katie Lyczak from the Wentzville Board of Education, State Representative Tricia Byrnes, and Principal Traci Nave of Riverview Gardens High School.
Looking ahead, the Drive for Excellence event will only grow. We are excited to be able to continue to give back to the community and recognize Juniors and Seniors for outstanding academic success.
